Terms: *$50 refundable deposit required at time of reservation. Deposit returned
after your stay. Arrival dates are limited to Sunday - Wednesday in a studio villa or deluxe hotel room during VALUE SEASON.
All reservations are on a first-come, first serve basis and are based on availability, including Las Vegas
stays which will be at Westgate Flamingo Bay. Excludes holidays & special events. Travel during peak periods and on weekends
is subject to a surcharge. Additional nights and larger units available at discounted rates - including upgrades to Planet
Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas. Offer is designed for married couples with a minimum annual household income
of $50,000 ($60,000 for travel to Las Vegas). Qualified participants are individuals between the ages of 25-68 who must attend
a 90-minute discovery tour and sales presentation of Westgate Resorts. If married, both husband and wife must attend presentation
together. Failure to qualify and attend the sales presentation will result in a surcharge of $100 per night plus the retail
rate of any incidentals included in the package. Any date changes or cancellations made within 7 days prior to arrival will
be subject to a surcharge. You may not be eligible for all premiums offered in this promotion. Travel must be completed within
6 months or as shown on your confirmation letter. Offer is not available to groups, family reunions (three or more families traveling together), current Westgate Resorts
owners, CFI/Westgate Resorts employees and their immediate families. Persons who have toured any Westgate location within
the last 12 months or that have participated in a Westgate Resorts' promotional offer, requiring a tour, more than once are
subject to a surcharge of $100 per night. One offer per household and must not reside within 60 miles of chosen destination.
Transportation, meals, taxes and gratuities are not included. Average retail value of package is between $99 and $200 per
night. This offer is not directed to residents in any state and does not constitute an offer in which a registration of the
